The sale of the large format retail centre was facilitated via an off market process on behalf of a private property syndicate on a yield of 5.85%. The yield of 5.85% was a strong cap rate for a large format retail centre in Victoria. The centre was anchored by a number of notable national retailers and sits on a large 7 hectare parcel of land.
